How does the commission structure work?
Commission is calculated on net booking revenue — the amount received after platform fees. For Co-Host, we charge 13% (single platform) or 15% (two or more platforms), plus a R3,000 monthly fee. For Comprehensive, we charge 20% with a R2,000 monthly fee. Revenue flows directly to you under Co-Host; we collect and remit monthly under Comprehensive.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The standard contract is 12 months. A 6-month option is available under the Co-Host Package for owners who prefer a shorter initial commitment.
Do I need to provide my own linen?
You can provide your own linen or use our linen hire service. Rates start at R800 per turnover for a 1-bedroom property. Comprehensive Package owners receive the first 3 months at no hire charge.
How do you handle maintenance issues?
Under Co-Host, you elect your own maintenance person and we report issues to you. Under Comprehensive, we source and coordinate contractors on your behalf — you simply pay the invoices. We never mark up maintenance costs.
What platforms do you list on?
We list on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify (direct booking). We can also list on additional platforms on request.
